      Charles\u00a0Rossi\u00a0has in the defense industry for over 35 years working for both large and small businesses supporting the Army, DLA, Navy, DHS, OSD, DOD, and Air Force. Mr.\u00a0Rossi\u00a0co-founded Azimuth Corporation where he served as Executive Vice President, establishing the business strategies in technology and professional services. He\u2019s experienced in business development, joint ventures, proposal solutioning, contracts, SBIRs, mentor-prot\u00e9g\u00e9 programs, operations, and program management.\u00a0Now at Core4ce, Mr.\u00a0Rossi\u2019s role is supporting and leading the company\u2019s Joint Ventures and Proteges as well as other strategic partnering with other large and small businesses. \u00a0Mr.\u00a0Rossi\u00a0is active in\u00a0Rotary International as Vice President of his club and a Paul Harris Fellow. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics.<\/div>
